Casandra serves as Controller for Regent Asset Management, bringing extensive accounting experience and several years of financial management within the multifamily real estate industry. In her role, she oversees the company’s financial reporting, accounting systems, budgeting, and internal financial controls that support the firm’s growing multifamily portfolio.

Casandra developed a passion for accounting early in high school, drawn to the precision,

structure, and responsibility that comes with managing financial data accurately. She later

attended the University of Phoenix, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Financial Accounting between 2004 and 2009.

In 2015, Casandra founded her own accounting firm with the mission of providing small businesses with accurate, ethical, and detail-driven financial services. Over the past decade, she has built deep expertise working with clients in the real estate sector, particularly within the multifamily management space. Her experience includes managing accounting for multi-unit properties, coordinating closely with property management teams, preparing detailed financial reports, and supporting tax-efficient strategies such as cost segregation.

Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Casandra prioritizes accountability, transparency, and financial accuracy in every aspect of her work. She is committed to maintaining the integrity of financial operations and ensuring that investor and operational funds are managed with the highest level of care—because in real estate, every dollar matters.
